IMCZY initiated a mentoring program that involved pairing their talent team members as mentors and apprentices to enhance their capacity development and personal growth. Through this initiative, experienced senior members were able to guide new team members in mastering skills and developing capabilities. This approach provided a supportive environment for new members to integrate quickly and surpass their mentors.

We believe that this training model will accelerate the professional skills development of newer team members and facilitate their assimilation into our core philosophies and work ethic.
