Managing Director of UTSE, Rick Loh. became a member of IMC in February 2020 and recently had the opportunity to make a trip from the 3rd to the 6th of March in 2023. During his visit, he observed IMCZY’s working style and culture and had the privilege to learn from and exchange ideas with General Manager Chen Yong and the senior management team. Rick also took the time to meet with various contacts and friends to get an update on the China ship repair market.

Moving forward, Rick plans to bring some of IMCZY’s practices to UTSE and strategize for future personnel exchanges between UTSE and IMCZY, which are the two key units of IMC Shipyard Services.
