Over 40 journalists from China, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Japan, Turkey, and Cameroon visited IMCZY for interviews and gained insights into the company’s efforts in promoting green, low-carbon, and digital initiatives through technology research and development.

We also shared our notable achievements in green ship repair, the ultra-high pressure water vacuum jet technology and equipment that we had begun developing in 2013 and achieved full-scale deployment by 2017. This process replaces the traditional sandblasting process that causes relatively large amounts of pollution — with our technology, we reduce the annual emission of smoke and dust by 100,000 tons.

IMCZY’s initiatives and technologies are the initial steps on our journey to becoming industry leaders in sustainability and have the potential for adoption by international ship repair companies, offering promising ways to enhance the sustainability of their operations and contribute to a greener, low-carbon future.
