OCTAVE Institute conducted an IMC Onboarding Program from 30 May to 1 June, welcoming 16 experienced external coaches into our coaching family. In this joint facilitation programme run by the OCTAVE coaching team, together with IMC consultants Sook Yee and Rosseana, the coaches were taken through a fast track of IMC history and evolution, and were introduced to the IMC Coaching Philosophy and well-being mandate.
They also experienced various mindfulness activities and a well-received coach mixer held to introduce IMC leaders to the coaches.






The coaches gave feedback that they resonated with our Chairman’s vision of serving the well-being of humanity and the ontological coaching approach of building greater self-awareness, shifting consciousness, and creating alignment of self and teams.
This alignment of our values brings us much excitement to partner with these coaches for our pilot SOUL coaching programme, which starts in July to support the development of IMC leaders.
Grateful for the OCTAVE team’s time investment and generous sharing during the onboarding programme – helps us “speak the IMC language” and understand better what the leaders are going through.
