20 Leaders from IMC Group attended the second run of the “Think Like a Coach” workshop organised by The Coach Partnership, one of the world’s leading transformational learning organisations, specialising in the Newfield suite of ontological coach training programs, which involves generating shifts in a coachee’s “way of being”.

Our leaders learnt the fundamentals of a coaching conversation and asking powerful questions to raise self-awareness and evoke new insights through a series of class discussions, individual sharing, somatic activities, coaching demonstrations, and peer coaching practices.

Through this program, they acquired practical knowledge and skills on how to help others identify inner challenges, shift deeply held beliefs and mindsets, and work towards their desired goals & results using a coaching approach. More importantly, we hope they are now better equipped to help their teams reach new insights on issues and gain clarity on moving effectively forward together!

“The essence of coaching is that the coachee comes away within a fire within, not underneath. I will always remember this. Coaching will get the best out of people and this requires sincerity, commitment, tact.”
