Cultivating a company’s commitment to sustainability requires involving all staff members, and as such, IMCZY organised an ESG training course for all employees as a foundation where they better understand the rating system and how it contributes to developing more sustainable operations.
The training involved a total of three one-hour lessons covering four topics: the background of ESG development, what is ESG, ESG investment drivers, and ESG management in IMCZY. The course was aimed at the entire staff and was completed in three batches, starting with managers, followed by engineers and technicians, and finally generalised to all employees.
Knowledge from this course forms a common understanding for the sustainable development of IMCZY as an enterprise and the integration of ESG development concepts into corporate planning and management.
With the success of this course, we are planning to formulate different training curriculums to enhance other aspects of ESG knowledge and courses related to sustainability.
