The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT IMC Pelita Logistik, held last month, approved the use of part of the company’s net profit for the fiscal year 2022 to be distributed as cash dividends.

The cash dividend is IDR 50 per share, with a total payout of IDR 261 billion or around 41% of Pelita Logistik’s net profit, the largest payout in the company’s history.

President Director, Pak Alex Ibarat, said: “The dividend distribution shows that the company’s financial performance in 2022 was well-managed. In 2022, the Company succeeded in increasing operating revenue to USD119.3 million, a 10% increase compared to the previous year. The company recorded a net profit of USD 42 million in 2022, an increase of 69%. With a healthy financial condition and lower Liability Ratio, the company can expand to other logistics sectors.”
